xoxo,
Hello and happy September! September has historically been one of my favorite months of the year. I always loved the energy of returning to school in the fall.
As much as this month marks Summer coming to an end, it is also represents the start of an entirely new chapter with limitless possibilities. Fall is a time where the air is crisp and change is embraced with open arms.
Use these pages to truly connect to yourself this month. Set intentions, keep commitments and go unapologetically after the life you want.
This guide will support you through all the best planning and manifestation exercises needed to create an ideal September.
At the end, you will find planning sheets you can use to plan your days, weeks, and month. Make sure to print out as many as you need to stay organized!
I am so excited to see what you create!

First off, rude.
Second off... it's time to shift your perspective.
Monday can mean whatever you want it to mean.
If you choose to see it as a fresh start and an opportunity to set the tempo for an incredible week, you're my kind of person.
If you rolled your eyes at that last sentence, you're also my kind of person, but you also need to set better intentions for your week.

Hi!!!
If you've been following me on Instagram @allisonziggy, you've probably noticed that I've niched down and have been creating content and providing tips for Solo Travel!
To me, solo travel represents freedom.
When I lived in Chicago and was addicted to my work, I used to scroll Instagram enviously of couples who traveled together. It felt like "if only I had a boyfriend, then I would be able to go on cool trips." My other excuse for my life was my revolving credit card balance. I felt so much shame and guilt for my financial situation. I made a lot of money but had nothing to show for it. "Maybe when I pay my credit card off, I can travel."
In hindsight, I think in part I was justifying my circumstances, because this allowed me to continue bullying myself and fed into my pre-established narrative of self-loathing, but beyond that, I didn't know the possibility of an incredible life existed for me.
I genuinely thought my life would be downhill after college because I didn'...
Meditation saved my life.

xoxo,
Happy Summer everyone!!!!!
The highly anticipated summer workbook is here! The best results in life are those that are created deliberately and with this guide, you can get clear on what you are looking to accomplish over the course of the next 3 months. I created this guide so that you could avoid looking back and wishing you did more over the course of the summer.
There is no worse feeling than...
"Ah I wish I remembered to go mini golfing- I always forget before it closes"
"Man I never made it to the beach! Maybe next year"
"I forgot July 4th was that weekend.. I wish I would have remembered to plan ahead!"
When you are reminded of what is important to you, you can proactively create the life you want. I am all for going with the flow, but when you rely on other people to always make the plans, you can quickly get stuck in autopilot or people pleasing.
This guide is fairly simple and straight forward- I hope it gets you thinking about what you want your summer to look like....
I am so excited to announce that my story has been published in NAMI!

I want to go a little deeper with you.
Despite all that I've been through on this path, I can truly say I now live an unencumbered life.
In March 2020 when I made the decision to go off medication, the decision was simple: I was done reliving and recounting the pain of my bipolar misdiagnosis. I knew this meant going off Adderall.
I had grown dependent on Adderall during my time in Chicago- I thought it was the only reason I was good at my job. While I know this is a lie, it definitely helped.
When I told my doctor I never saw myself going off Adderall, she challenged me- "it doesn't make you smarter" she offered.
At the time, I realized that I didn't care about being smarter, I just wanted to get more done. It was a very hard ...
Hiiiiiii <3
I spent 8 days in Denmark and it was seriously amazing. I just started working at this cool Danish startup, and they send over employees as part of onboarding. I went over a few days early for a solo trip, and a friend met up with me at the end of my trip. All in all, Denmark was an incredible experience, and I wanted to give you some of my lessons and travel trips.
One thing that stuck out to me was how normal it felt to be going to Europe. When I flew to Italy last year, it was legitimately the biggest deal ever. It was so cool to me how much I had learned from my first trip by myself abroad last year. I really have come a long way in a short period of time.
It was also cool knowing I would be back to Europe two months post Denmark. It's a really good feeling to know I created a life for myself where I prioritize travel. I love that I've created a life for myself where I can go to the places I want to go because I want to go, instead of waiting for someone else to buy ...
I had no idea what waited for me when I got off the plane in Rome.
It was September 2021, and I had booked a 8 day trip to Italy on less than 2 weeks' notice.
I was honestly in disbelief that it was happening.
I had studied abroad in college in 2012- I lived in London for 4 months and it was genuinely one of the best experiences in my life. Whenever I tell anyone about the experience, I simply say "I spent 4 months of my life laughing." To this day it makes me smile.
The next time I went back to Europe... was this trip. Nearly a full decade had passed, even though my time in London had made such a positive impact on my life.
If you know me or my story at all, you likely know that I've been through a lot.
I didn't realize that I could take actions independently of my circumstances.
I had been single and in credit card debt for nearly 7 years by this point. I felt like I "didn't deserve to go" until I paid off my card. I had also been guilty of beating myself up for not havin...
