Hi, I'm Allison! Ready to make magic happen together?
In 2019 my life fell apart; I quit my job, was called manic and ended up leaving my cushy life in Chicago to move in with my Dad. I truly believed my life was over at the ripe age of 27.
I was so anxious all the time, looking back on my past with regret, worried I would end up alone, terrified that my best days were behind me.
It was in this darkness that I discovered manifestation, meditation and the subconscious mind. I put my own creative spin on things, writing my dreams down in sparkly gels pens on silky smooth paper, adorning the pages with stickers, and researching every method under the sun to learn what it actually took to learn how to believe in yourself, even when that mean inner critic is like "omg what are you doing."
My core value and belief within this company is simple; anything is possible.

I've lived what feels like many lifetimes since my rock bottom moment in 2019, and I'd love to paint a narrative that life has been perfectly and sparkly ever since!
In many ways it has been, but that's not the true flex.
The value is much deeper and far more impactful.
I went from asking every single person in my external reality for their perspective and their advice on "what should I do" to creating an unshakable bond with my intuition and inner guidance system; I no longer need the external to make sense to feel safe following my heart
I went from always anxious, scared to say the wrong thing or do the wrong thing and constantly worried about how others perceived me to taking up real space in life; I became incredibly confident in myself and my gifts because I now know the world is better when I show up authentically and unaltered
What used to take days or even weeks to bounce back from takes minutes; there is no capacity for "will this work" or looking for others for fortune telling; what I am here to do is far too important.

Coaching Background
I received my coaching certifications in 2021 in Life and Success Coaching, NLP Practitioner, and EFT. Additionally, I am a Reiki Level Master, as well as an Advanced Breathwork Facilitator and have been extensively studying manifestation and spirituality since 2019. My educational background is in Communications and Sociology.
I previously worked in Corporate Tech for 10+ years, leaving my old career behind for a life built on authenticity, purpose and my deep soul desire to help people show up to their lives as their true selves.
I have been working with clients for the past 4+ years, and I've created my own unique FLOW framework, designed to reprogram limiting beliefs on a subconscious level while simultaneously releasing trapped energy on the body level, to recalibrate the nervous system to the desires of your heart.

- Sessions are all held virtually and the frequency / interval depends on your package

The Deeper Why
I started my business in 2019 after the biggest spiritual heartbreak, leap of faith turned faceplant of my entire life. At the time, I had been feeling so lost and so behind in both life and love, only to discover manifestation and create a fervor and passion towards life I had never known before.
Through the work I share with you in my programs and coaching pacakges, I was able to clear the subconscious blocks and energetic roots that had kept me stuck for decades. For the first time ever, I was able to attract healthy relationships, organically and with ease. Heartbreaks never hurt the same way again, and I learned how to integrate and circumnavigate karmic lessons and patterns for release, as opposed to remaining trapped in an undesired cycle and wondering why.
Through this work, you will learn to develop a deep foundation of self love and self trust, which is the greatest gift you can learn to give yourself in this lifetime.
This transformation can't be attained through just working with the conscious mind; it requires the loving and guided support of someone who has not only worked through these same challenges, but also someone who challenges you to rise into the version of your life that you say you want.
