Hi, I'm Allison! I'm a creative, writer and subconscious breakthrough coach who is passionate about helping you become the most self expressed, aligned, and deeply fulfilled version of yourself. 

In 2018, I had a "spiritual awakening" and it turned my entire world upside down. The year that followed was the most difficult year of my life, but it was during that time I started embracing my spiritual gifts, and fell in love with the process of journaling, meditation and manifestation.

I've been guiding others through transformation since 2021, using my unique approach, combing energetics, somatic healing and pen to paper action.
