Hi :)
Enjoy this throwback photo from when Ziggy was born in 2019. When I think about this version of myself, I know she'd be so proud of how far we've come. But more than that, I'm proud of her. I'm proud of myself.Â
The energy of this week is special for so many reasons.Â

I went to bed with a list full of projects I wanted to work on for my business, starting today.
I even made a list of all the content I wanted to generate before my first sales call at 10am. I had it in my mind I would be able to make an Instagram reel, Tiktok, thread, Facebook post and send out my weekly newsletter before 9am.
Unfortunately for me, I woke up tired. I was surprised to find I set my alarm for 7am instead of 6am, and before I knew it, it was time for my meeting.
It is now mid-afternoon, and I am just getting to the second item on the list a la this newsletter. Â
When I think about what I am personally looking to do through my business, it involves positively impacting as many people as possible. Are the social media posts I outlined the only way to do that? No.
Did all of those things really need to be done by 9am? Also no.
Making a positive impact starts with honoring my own needs first. It involves being kind to myself when things don’t go as planned, and giving ...
One thing led to another, and I ended up revamping the Ziggy Printable Library.Â
Here’s what’s been updated:Â
You still have your daily, weekly and monthly planner printouts, but the following resources have now been added:Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Undated Intention GuidesÂ
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Weekly Planning Sheets and Activity TrackersÂ
-Â Â Â Â Â Â MeditationsÂ
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Moon JournalsÂ
And because it’s me, more printouts will inevitably be added…Â
I went in looking to solve a simple problem: helping relieve anxiety for people who are going into the weekend with no plans. Â
I uploaded the I Love My Friends list, Summer Fun List, and the This Weekend I will.., all of which were created to help me overcome this same challenge of a blank slate weekend.Â
Enjoy!!! And please let me know how and if these resources help you!Â
I’m thinking of going live next week to walk you through how to use these printouts, so keep your eyes open for an announcement.Â
In the meantime, I am wishing you a truly incredible weeken...
I had been kind of avoiding my journal lately. I had been really tired following the Summer Planner Launch. I poured my heart and soul into the Summer Planner and kind of burnt myself out in the weeks that followed. I’ve learned a lot from this process and have given myself time and space to come back into a place of creativity. I share this with you to let you know it’s OK not to be happy and busting at the seams with creative ideas 24/7. You can take a break. It doesn’t make you lazy or mean you don’t want it badly enough; it means you’re a human.Â
I’m excited to give back in a more sustainable way for the rest of the season. I am currently on a rooftop pool fully immersed in summer vibes.
In addition to the rescheduled picnic, I will also be announcing a paid creativity workshop in the coming weeks. There will be an option to attend virtually.Â
Here’s a link to register for the picnic in Central park on Sunday July 23 at 12pm EST: https://partiful.com/e/tHTCoIGG6uIzNVaGtrNCÂ

A life coach’s method for setting weekly intentions
You can find the companion guide to this blog post through this link
Step one: ReflectÂ
Look back on last week and the way it made you feel. Maybe you felt aimless, or maybe you felt fulfilled. Awareness around the way the past week felt will help you decide if you want to build upon what you’ve already created or tweak your approach.Â
Every week is a chance to start over.
Step two: Evaluate
Write down every single thing you know you have going on this week; blank paper is one of my favorite planning resources, or you can use the guide I’ve created. In addition to writing down what is happening, write down the prep- if a friend has a birthday, do you want to give this person a gift? A card? If you need to go grocery shopping, what do you need to buy?
Step three: Set One GoalÂ
This goal can be layered (aka do something x amount of times), but think about one thing you can do that would move the needle forward on your dreams. T...
Today is the last day of JUNE!!!
Â
Like what? We are officially entering the second half of the year.
Â
It’s ok if the first half of the year didn’t quite go the way you had desired or planned.. this is why the process of continually reevaluating your goals is so powerful and necessary.
Â
If you didn’t previously set goals, I genuinely cannot think of a better time to start.
Â
We can sometimes assign arbitrary timelines to our lives that can make us feel a certain type of way, and if you find yourself in this category, I invite you to question these feelings.
Â
Lean into the idea that you are exactly where you are meant to be and your desires are inevitable.. so what does stressing out really provide you?
Â
In the summer planning program, we will balance the desire to achieve more with the peace from living a life of mindfulness and alignment.
Â
You’ll make tangible progress towards the life you are desiring month over month.
Â
You’ll achieve more through ease and flow ...
Let me be honest with you… I’ve was in a funk today.
The details aren’t important, but what I will share is this- the life I have now is one I used to dream about.
Getting what you want or are actively manifesting doesn’t mean that you won’t have bad days or life will suddenly be perfect.
Here are things to keep in mind when you too find yourself feeling in a funk
This is why the inner work is so important.. it’s not that you’ll never get rattled / have off days, it’s so that when those off days occur, you’ll be able to bounce back quickly
What used to take me days / weeks to process n...
11 Months ago today I embarked on a one-year experiment to cut alcohol out of my life.
I was tired of living in this in between phase of life where things simultaneously were and were not working.
Giving up alcohol was the one action I could take to show myself I was serious about pursuing my dream life, particularly when it came to my business.
I needed to get clear on the core of who I was and what I wanted to accomplish in order to be truly successful in the life I was actively pursuing.
Here are my top findings with 30 days left in the experiment:
If you’re not where you want to be, cutting out...
