Quantum Leap Week

Uncategorized Aug 29, 2023

Hi! Happy Monday!

I want to fill you in on a little experiment I’m conducting this week and I’ve coined it as “Quantum Leap Week.”

If you aren’t familiar with the concept of Quantum Leaping, I like to think of it as bridging the gap between your current reality and your desired reality in real time. It’s this idea that’s there a version of you who is experiencing your dream life, and it’s possible to tap into this energy and essentially “leap into a new reality” through your mindset.

I like to teach you how to do this through Travel, or journaling, but there are other many teachers and methods for doing this.

What’s my quantum leap you ask?

I took the entire week off my day job to work entirely on my business, and to map out details for the most perfect Fall 2023 Planner Launch (get on the waitlist here).

I’m halfway through day 1 and the results are already interesting..

-       I went to a 9am workout class and loved it, then went to

Redirects are Upgrades

Uncategorized Aug 08, 2023

When I opened my curtains and saw a steady stream of downpour, I took this as an opportunity to rearrange my schedule and postponed my morning run.

I opened my window to let some of that fresh, rain air in and it’s helping me feel more inspired and grounded despite the looming “less than ideal schedule” that awaits me after 10am.

When my schedule is filled with intense meetings, it creates a bit of internal conflict.

I am sharing this not to complain about my job, but to share an analogy that sometimes the big things and the little things aren’t so different.

While I would love to go on a run now and get my workout “out of the way” something tells me it might be more effective to blow off some steam after my workday. I also love the smell of fresh rain in my apartment.

While I would have loved to have gone full time in my business in 2019, that means my first product would have been a 2020 planner... LOL.  The universe likes to laugh at our pla

Happy 4th Bday Ziggy!

Uncategorized Jul 31, 2023

Hi :)

Enjoy this throwback photo from when Ziggy was born in 2019. When I think about this version of myself, I know she'd be so proud of how far we've come. But more than that, I'm proud of her. I'm proud of myself.

The energy of this week is special for so many reasons.

For one, today is Allison Ziggy’s 4th birthday. The company was incorporated in July 2019, with the paperwork being finalized on July 31, 2019, making today her birthday. I think about my life and the personal transformation I’ve gone alongside the business, and I am incredibly grateful; my life would look totally different if it weren’t for Ziggy.

For years I called Ziggy the dream that wouldn’t die. I felt frustrated that I no longer resonated with what I referred to as my “old life.” I missed the days where all I cared about was obsessively hitting my sales quota at work and where I thought falling in love was the secret to solving all my problems. My newfound spirituality and dream calend

Easy Like Monday Morning

Uncategorized Jul 23, 2023

I went to bed with a list full of projects I wanted to work on for my business, starting today.

I even made a list of all the content I wanted to generate before my first sales call at 10am. I had it in my mind I would be able to make an Instagram reel, Tiktok, thread, Facebook post and send out my weekly newsletter before 9am.

Unfortunately for me, I woke up tired. I was surprised to find I set my alarm for 7am instead of 6am, and before I knew it, it was time for my meeting.

It is now mid-afternoon, and I am just getting to the second item on the list a la this newsletter.

When I think about what I am personally looking to do through my business, it involves positively impacting as many people as possible. Are the social media posts I outlined the only way to do that? No.

Did all of those things really need to be done by 9am? Also no.

Making a positive impact starts with honoring my own needs first. It involves being kind to myself when things don’t go as planned, and giving ...

Printable Library Revamp

Uncategorized Jul 21, 2023

One thing led to another, and I ended up revamping the Ziggy Printable Library.

Here’s what’s been updated:

You still have your daily, weekly and monthly planner printouts, but the following resources have now been added:

-       Undated Intention Guides

-       Weekly Planning Sheets and Activity Trackers

-       Meditations

-       Moon Journals

And because it’s me, more printouts will inevitably be added…

I went in looking to solve a simple problem: helping relieve anxiety for people who are going into the weekend with no plans.

I uploaded the I Love My Friends list, Summer Fun List, and the This Weekend I will.., all of which were created to help me overcome this same challenge of a blank slate weekend.

Enjoy!!! And please let me know how and if these resources help you!

I’m thinking of going live next week to walk you through how to use these printouts, so keep your eyes open for an announcement.

In the meantime, I am wishing you a truly incredible weeken...

New Moon and Journal Assignment

Uncategorized Jul 19, 2023

I had been kind of avoiding my journal lately. I had been really tired following the Summer Planner Launch. I poured my heart and soul into the Summer Planner and kind of burnt myself out in the weeks that followed. I’ve learned a lot from this process and have given myself time and space to come back into a place of creativity. I share this with you to let you know it’s OK not to be happy and busting at the seams with creative ideas 24/7. You can take a break. It doesn’t make you lazy or mean you don’t want it badly enough; it means you’re a human.

I’m excited to give back in a more sustainable way for the rest of the season. I am currently on a rooftop pool fully immersed in summer vibes.

In addition to the rescheduled picnic, I will also be announcing a paid creativity workshop in the coming weeks. There will be an option to attend virtually.

Here’s a link to register for the picnic in Central park on Sunday July 23 at 12pm EST: https://partiful.com/e/tHTCoIGG6uIzNVaGtrNC

Setting Effective Intentions

Uncategorized Jul 10, 2023

A life coach’s method for setting weekly intentions

You can find the companion guide to this blog post through this link

Step one: Reflect

Look back on last week and the way it made you feel. Maybe you felt aimless, or maybe you felt fulfilled. Awareness around the way the past week felt will help you decide if you want to build upon what you’ve already created or tweak your approach.

Every week is a chance to start over.

Step two: Evaluate

Write down every single thing you know you have going on this week; blank paper is one of my favorite planning resources, or you can use the guide I’ve created. In addition to writing down what is happening, write down the prep- if a friend has a birthday, do you want to give this person a gift? A card? If you need to go grocery shopping, what do you need to buy?

Step three: Set One Goal

This goal can be layered (aka do something x amount of times), but think about one thing you can do that would move the needle forward on your dreams. T...

BYE June

Uncategorized Jun 30, 2023

Today is the last day of JUNE!!!

Like what? We are officially entering the second half of the year.

It’s ok if the first half of the year didn’t quite go the way you had desired or planned.. this is why the process of continually reevaluating your goals is so powerful and necessary.

If you didn’t previously set goals, I genuinely cannot think of a better time to start.

We can sometimes assign arbitrary timelines to our lives that can make us feel a certain type of way, and if you find yourself in this category, I invite you to question these feelings.

Lean into the idea that you are exactly where you are meant to be and your desires are inevitable.. so what does stressing out really provide you?

In the summer planning program, we will balance the desire to achieve more with the peace from living a life of mindfulness and alignment.

You’ll make tangible progress towards the life you are desiring month over month.

You’ll achieve more through ease and flow ...

Getting out of a FUNK

Uncategorized Jun 29, 2023

Let me be honest with you… I’ve was in a funk today.

The details aren’t important, but what I will share is this- the life I have now is one I used to dream about.

Getting what you want or are actively manifesting doesn’t mean that you won’t have bad days or life will suddenly be perfect.

Here are things to keep in mind when you too find yourself feeling in a funk

  • You are human- let yourself have human emotions—the more willing you are to accept the way you are feeling, the more quickly those feelings will come to pass
  • Numbing the pain will just delay / compound the processing when you are ready to face the root
  • Sometimes you need to just get it out; breathwork, journaling, exercise, a phone call or meditation can help you work through it in the moment

This is why the inner work is so important.. it’s not that you’ll never get rattled / have off days, it’s so that when those off days occur, you’ll be able to bounce back quickly

What used to take me days / weeks to process n...

11 Months Alcohol Free

Uncategorized Jun 28, 2023

11 Months ago today I embarked on a one-year experiment to cut alcohol out of my life.

I was tired of living in this in between phase of life where things simultaneously were and were not working.

Giving up alcohol was the one action I could take to show myself I was serious about pursuing my dream life, particularly when it came to my business.

I needed to get clear on the core of who I was and what I wanted to accomplish in order to be truly successful in the life I was actively pursuing.

Here are my top findings with 30 days left in the experiment:

  • Cutting out alcohol has positively improved my image / relationships / health / peace of mind.. there genuinely has not been a con
  • Not drinking doesn’t make it harder to have fun.. it makes it harder to have fun when you’re somewhere your soul doesn’t want to be
  • Not drinking has majorly improved my confidence, and I feel much stronger and more solidified in who I am as a person

If you’re not where you want to be, cutting out...
