Coaching Background
I received my coaching certifications in 2021 in Life and Success Coaching, NLP Practitioner, and EFT. Additionally, I am a Reiki Level Master, as well as an Advanced Breathwork Facilitator and have been extensively studying manifestation and spirituality since 2019. My educational background is in Communications and Sociology.
I previously worked in Corporate Tech for 10+ years, leaving my old career behind for a life built on authenticity, purpose and my deep soul desire to help people show up to their lives as their true selves.
I have been working with clients for the past 4+ years, and I've created my own unique FLOW framework, designed to reprogram limiting beliefs on a subconscious level while simultaneously releasing trapped energy on the body level, to recalibrate the nervous system to the desires of your heart.
