Meet the Artist
Hi! My name is Allison Ziegler and I designed the Dry Month Planner with one primary goal in mind: transformation.
This program was originally launched in 2022 as a Dry January Podcast Challenge during one of the most pivotal periods of time in my own life.
I was on the verge of accomplishing my lifelong dream of moving to New York City, and was in the midst of a major career change.
While creating this program, I manifested some pretty incredible things, ranging from a $30,000 commission check, to my dream apartment in the West Village (where I still live today). The energy is potent and dare I say magical? ✨
The audio program and exercises contained within these pages are the same tools I used during this huge phase in my own life, and this energy is irrevocably intertwined in the program, supporting those who choose to participate. My dream is for you to manifest your own version of unthinkable.
I firmly believe a big reason I am living the life I have today is because of my ability to see through on my commitments to myself, a skill I originally mastered through incremental 31-day spells of removing alcohol, asking deeper questions, and journaling through emotions.
This program takes not drinking and turns it into something magical through the power of conscious manifestation, creativity and journaling.

Logistically Speaking...
This program is comprised of a physical 8x11.5 Journal, with clear cover and backing and silky smooth pages for you to have a luxurious pen to paper manifestation experience.
The time commitment is 31-days, with each daily challenge ranging from a few minutes up to an hour.
Most of the audios are under 10 minutes in length, and the assignments range anywhere from taking yourself out on a solo date to making a list of your favorite mocktails. You can access each audio file by scanning the corresponding QR codes contained within the journal.
Every single day is different for this 31-day challenge, but all feature a combination of audio, journaling and assignment based challenges, with a checklist to keep track of your progress.
The challenges are designed to manageably fit into busy schedules.
The goal of these assignments is to help you step outside of your comfort zone in a way where you simultaneously feel supported with every step.

About Allison Ziggy
Allison Ziggy combines the power of creativity and manifestation with time based intention setting. The company was founded under the core principle that anything is possible; if you desire it, you have the power to experience it.
Allison Ziegler is the Founder and CEO, and her life is the prime example of the power and possibility of transformation.
Allison came up with the idea for Allison Ziggy while living in Chicago, where she worked at a high powered sales job. On the outside, her life looked enviable, but it all hinged on an adderall addiction, people pleasing tendencies and a deep desire for love, despite a tendency towards self abandonment.
In 2018, everything imploded.
After a bipolar misdiagnosis, Allison watched as her world crumbled beneath her. She traded in her fast paced Chicago life for a spare bedroom in her Dad's house in Waxhaw, North Carolina. Overmedicated and down on her luck, Allison Ziggy was the spark of inspiration that allowed Allison Ziegler to believe in a future that was brighter than her past. Allison meticulously studied the world of spirituality and manifestation in pursuit of her entrepreneurial dreams, and integrated the concepts into her physical paper products, artwork and coaching programs.
As her knowledge improved, so did her life circumstances. The paper cutouts of the Manhattan skyline on her nightstand were eventually replaced by the real thing, and she now lives out her dreams in her dream West Village apartment, working for herself as a full-time entrepreneur and traveling the world both solo and with loved ones.
She has been medication free since March 2020, and alcohol-free since July 2022, and has built a life and career based on passion; it is her personal mission to help others to do the same.
