About your Instructor
Allison Ziegler is an experienced Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Life and Success Coach. With a passion for helping others transform their lives through mindfulness and self-exploration, Allison leads meditations for her community at the start of each month, season, and in accordance with the moon cycles.
As a mental health advocate, Allison is dedicated to helping people live more fulfilling lives in alignment with their true selves. Along with coaching clients, she also creates her own calendars and planners to aid with intention setting for new seasons.
When she's not working with clients, you can find Allison in NYC spending time with her beloved cats, training for a race, solo traveling (she's visited 7 countries solo so far!), or enjoying quality time with her loved ones.
