New moons are to beginnings to what full moons are to completion.
They represent the yin and the yang; in order to bring in, you must first let go.
Full moons ask you to take an honest assessment of what is no longer serving you.
Full moons illuminate. Accentuate. Highlight.
Here are some ways you can tune in
Complete a full moon meditation:

Spend Time in the Moonlight:
You can complete your meditation outside (space and weather permitting) or just go for a quick walk. You might find the energy invigorating, or it may trigger creative insights or adventures.
Charge your crystals in the full moon energy
Crystals might also find the energy invigorating. I have left them outside to charge, but more often during the full moon, I leave them on my windowsill with the blinds open to let in the moonlight. Kind of reminds me of the Swan Princess.
Make a list of what you feel grateful for
Gratitude really does bring abundance into your life, and the full moon magnifies your vibration, making it an especially potent time to express your appreciation. Think about how far you have come in the past six months, so compare your life to what it looked like in the February timeframe.
Think about what you are ready to release
What in your life is taking up space but no longer serving you? It may be a thought pattern, group you are a part of or hobby you have outgrown? Moving on is actually a form of appreciation- major Marie Kondo vibes. It means allowing things to leave your life with grace.
Don't worry about what you want to bring in- think about what you are looking to let go of.
Hope this helps.

Allison
